Everyday actions.
The large distance between knowledge and actions is well known. Although there also is distance between actions and everyday practice, and distance between everyday practice and results.
What helped me during this journey? Three things were the most helpful: diary, morning rituals and work with mentors.
Diary helped me to have a habit of everyday writing. And look back to my day.
Morning rituals are good described in books miracle morning for enterpreneur and 5am club. I do them, though like 70% of time.
Working with mentors is really helpful. Problem can not be solved in the level where it was created.
